It is not possible to log in to https://tournament.parrow-golf.com/account/login and you will get the message "Login failed":




You probably forgot to select your club:

Click (Change) and turn on "Change Club". Enter the name of your club and click on "Go to your club".

Attention: If you have installed a popup blocker, you must temporarily disable it otherwise the popup below will not appear:



Your current club is now selected and you can now log in:


 

You try to change your club in tournament, but nothing happens when you click on "Change":


You are probably using a popup blocker and therefore the popup below is not visible:



Check if a popup blocker is active in the browser and set the setting to inactive:

  1. Click on the three dots or the hamburger menu in the top right of your browser;
  2. Go to Settings;
  3. Choose Privacy and Security;
  4. Click on Site Settings;
  5. Scroll to Pop-ups and redirects;
  6. If it's on "Blocked," the pop-up blocker is active.
  7. Then put it on inactive.


You may also be using a specific extension or other popup blocker. You must then deactivate it.
